Swift Facility Management was established in 2003 to cater to a sector that was non-existent at the time; there were janitorial services, but no service provider willing to deliver complete Facility Management solutions under one roof within Pakistan. Having witnessed a more mature version of this industry during my time in Canada, I realized that in Pakistan the industry was still in its early stages, leaving customers with unsatisfactory results and limited options. This led to the birth of Swift Facilities Management.
