    Preventive Maintenance

    Our AC preventive maintenance service is to maintain the unit on a periodic basis, through a fixed schedule. This extends the life of the asset, and simultaneously reduces the cost in the long-term.

    We provide two type of preventive maintenance

    Routine service

    Blower assembly is checked and cleaned

    Combustion blower housing is cleaned

    Evaporator coil, drip pan, and condensate lines are cleaned

    Burner assembly is inspected and cleaned

    Ignition system is cleaned

    Outer Coil and cabinet are inspected and cleaned

    Fan motor is checked

    Observe humidity levels

    Master Service

    Clean or replace Air filters

    Drain pans and condensate lines are cleared of obstructions

    Compressor is inspected

    Control box, switches, wiring, and safety controls are inspected

    Refrigerant level is measured and recharged if necessary

    Belts are lubricated or replaced

    Flue system is checked for dislocations and wear

    Duct system is checked
